Draftora Designs is an interior design company in Bangalore offering interior design consultation, planning, execution, and related services for residential and commercial projects. Services include (but are not limited to) interior design concepts, 3D visualisation, modular solutions, furniture design, lighting plans, and project execution.
3. Quotations & Estimates
- All estimates provided are subject to change based on actual site conditions, material availability, and client-requested revisions.
- Final pricing will be confirmed upon detailed design approval and contract execution.
4. Payment Terms
- A signing amount or advance payment may be required to initiate work.
- Balance payments are due as per the agreed payment schedule in the service agreement.
- In case of delayed payments, additional charges may apply.
5. Timelines & Execution
Design timelines and project completion dates are estimated based on the scope of work. Delays due to external factors (e.g., builder restrictions, material supply issues) are not the responsibility of Draftora Designs unless explicitly stated in writing.
6. Changes and Revisions
Any modifications to design after approval may incur additional costs and impact timelines. Clients will be informed of revised costs and delivery dates prior to proceeding.
7. Warranty & Quality
Draftora Designs may offer product or workmanship warranties as agreed in the project contract. Warranty details will be provided separately and are subject to specific terms and conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, 3D renders, concepts, models, and materials created by Draftora Designs remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. The Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for the intended project only.
9. Photography & Portfolio Use
Draftora Designs retains the right to photograph completed projects and use the images in our portfolio, website, marketing materials, or social media, unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
Draftora Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or site.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
